Private Spaces and Equipment
We have a few spaces and items of equipment that are not intended for use by our guests, even though they may not be locked or marked as private:
— Crawl space below the left garage: the door is directly underneath the door from the garage to the deck (walk around the house to the far corner of the building). It is not locked. We ask renters to please keep out.
— DHW/Furnace Space: located behind the lower MBR; two access possibilities: (a) regular access through door located next to the door to the above mentioned crawl space, and (b) emergency access during extreme snow conditions via a hatch from the closet in the lower MBR. These access doors remain unlocked, but guests are requested to stay out unless requested to enter for a specific reason.
— Our housekeepers’ white supply cabinet in the center garage is “symbolically” locked - please keep out.
— We keep a drawer in the upstairs MBA, and the right hanging cabinet in the utility room locked for private items.
— A small locked closet upstairs, opposite to the end of the stairs, contains private items.
— Also, please do not use our private equipment that may be stored from time to time in the garage, including skis, bicycles, a sail boat, a kayak, gardening utensils, etc, tools -- no exceptions, please.
