Located directly above Sea Ranch's most beautiful expansive sandy beach and sand dunes, this small and cozy cottage has picturesque white water ocean views from every room. Lots of privacy — neighboring homes are at distance.
Casa Pacis, built in 1983, is designed to maximize the superb views from its cul-de-sac location, about 100 yards from the bluff trail and 150 yards from the famous "Walk-on-Beach," where you find endless amounts of driftwood to build your own "castle" ...
The rented space has approximately 900 sq.ft. living area, plus wrap-around view decks. Vaulted ceilings. Comfortable furniture and modern, functional appliances.

The owner of Casa Pacis is an expert in Home Energy Analysis for Carbon Footprint Reduction and in Solar System Design and Performance Simulation.
Casa Pacis has a solar PV system that has, since pioneering installation in 2004, generated 100,200 kWh of electricity (as of 11/2023) and, thus, offset ~60,000 lb of CO2 emissions (assuming 0.6 lb/kWh). The energy produced by this system would have “fueled” a state-of-the-art EV for about 350,000 miles or saved 15,000 gal of gasoline.
Casa Pacis is located at the cul-de-sac of Osprey Reach (red outlined rectangle); unobstructed views into Walk-On Beach.

The Casa Pacis home sits at the cul-de-sac of Osprey Reach. The two lots in front are undeveloped and permit unobstructed ocean bluff views from every room in this uniquely picturesque and private meadow location.
