Pets

Our vacation homes are advertised as pet-free. We have family members and new and repeat guests who rely on this for health reasons. It is therefore imperative that we strictly, without exception, adhere to the "no animals" policy. This includes “emotional or therapeutic comfort animals” and pertains to the entire rental premises; we must deny any request to "keep the pet in the garage, or on the deck, at all times," or alike. Please understand that this is no judgment or prejudice against your wonderful dog, cat, hamster, or whatever your pet may be ... we are not pet-unfriendly, but our rentals are pet-free.

If a pet was inside the premises at any time during your stay, you will automatically forfeit your entire Security Deposit. Furthermore, if this amount is insufficient to cover the expenses for shampooing and replacement of ruined carpeting, fabric and/or furniture, you will also be liable for the additional related expense for service, time, and materials.
