Private Spaces and Equipment

The downstairs room and a small room off the mezzanine behind the piano are private and not part of the rental premises. The space below the front deck is locked and private. It contains gardening equipment and building materials.

There is also a small private closet in the hallway.

Please respect certain private equipment, including bicycles, maintenance equipment, gardening utensils, etc which are not intended for use of our guests.

Renters are welcome to use our ping-pong table and other outdoors equipment stored in an unlocked white cabinet in the garage.
