Discounts and Restrictions

Discounts:  Our pricing is by occupancy. If there is an additional person who was not listed in the original agreement, we ask that you let us know immediately, so we can invoice you for the additional rental amount then due.*  

Occupancy Restrictions for Casa de Luz: No more than 4 people, excluding an infant under 6 months of age (inquire for exceptions). Children of age 9 and above are permitted but must be included in the head count restriction.

Occupancy Restrictions for Alegria and Amor: Normal occupancy limit is two people; however, we may on request occasionally permit a third adult person. Children are not permitted.

Pets and Smoking: Pets are not allowed under any circumstances. We guarantee pet-free premises, and some renters have allergies and depend on this representation for health reasons. Smoking is not permitted inside the premises -- please have sliding glass doors positively closed when smoking on the outside terrace.

* The additional amount will be charged for the entire rental period, not just for the number of nights spent by the additional guest(s). For example, when the premises are booked for one person spending 12 nights, and a second person sleeps at the premises for only 4 nights, the additional charge will be calculated as if the additional person is staying for the entire 12-night period, not just for these 4 nights. However, in extreme situations, such as just a small number of nights spent by the additional guest(s) compared to a large total number of rented nights, we are open to accommodate.
