Garage, parking,

No parking inside garage

Only the right garage is accessible to renters. It is small and contains some of our personal belongings, as well as housekeeping supplies and equipment. The gas grill is stored in the garage and available for use by guests. Guests may use the garage to store their bicycles and miscellaneous equipment, but it is not intended as covered parking for a car. (There is plenty of off-road parking space at Casa Pacis).

We placed a new, large washer/dryer facility in the back of the garage, available for use by guests.

The garage can be accessed with a keyless entry system coded the same as the keyless house entry lock.

The other parts of the annex building are private and not part of the rented premises and will not be used during the time when guests are present at Casa Pacis.

Only two guest vehicles

Only two vehicles are permitted (per Sonoma County STR rules) at Casa Pacis.

While you may not park a vehicle inside the garage, only passenger cars and small utility vehicles of the size fitting into a regular, residential-size garage, are permitted to be parked on-site at a Sea Ranch home. PARKING OF A RECREATIONAL VEHICLE IN THE PRIVATE PARKING AREA OF A SEA RANCH HOME IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED and may trigger inconvenience and potentially heavy fines. Sea Ranch provides for free parking such larger vehicles, but that parking lot it is about 4 miles away from Casa Pacis, and pre-arrangement is required. Please let us know if this applies to you.

Display hang tag

For parking anywhere on a Sea Ranch road, you must display a hang tag which we provide for use by our guests. Overnight parking is only permitted in our private parking area, where display of a hang tag is not needed.
