House Details
-- Address: 92 Osprey Reach, The Sea Ranch, CA 95497
-- Front door and garage door open with numeric key pad — code is communicated prior to rental date
-- 2 BR (one master bedroom with CA-King, one bedroom with 2 Ts) and 2 BA (one w/ tub/shower, one w/ shower only)
-- King bed mattress is medium hard/soft, bed is made upon arrival, linens washed with TIDE
-- Hot tub sanitized with ozone and bromine; on contractor maintenance schedule and checked before and after each rental
-- The loft is NOT part of the rented space but remains unlocked
-- Free fast speed Internet (>100 MBps up and down) equipment is in loft, PW will be communicated prior to arrival
-- HDTV with basic DirecTV programming (SF Bay Area channels)
-- HDMI Input available for your streaming preference
-- DVD player (see here for detailed instructions)
-- Basic stereo system, independent of TV, ready for CDs and Bluetooth; we have a few classical CDs
-- Conventional open fireplace (see here for details)
-- Gas BBQ for use outside on gravel surface
-- small garage (not intended to park guests' car but available to store bicycles and equipment)
-- Casa Pacis has plenty of safe outside parking (but HOA typically permits only 2 vehicles)
-- The rest of the Annex building: private, locked, not included in rental and not be used during guests' rental period.
Kitchen Details — the following is an incomplete inventory:
-- refrigerator with (inside) ice-maker
-- electric range with oven and one-piece ceramic 4-burner cook-top
-- dishwasher
-- microwave
-- Braun coffee maker (we supply the conical Melitta filters)
-- toaster, blender, salad spinner, etc.
-- assortment of non-stick pots and pans
While we have celiacs family members, we do generally recommend that chemically/environmentally sensitive guests bring their own equipment.
Casa Pacis is not suited for wheelchairs (two steps up from driveway to main floor level; narrow spaces in MBR-MBA suite)
