Septic System
Casa Pacis (and all other homes in the southern half of Sea Ranch) has an individual septic system. The system does not require any manipulation by renters.
The system is periodically tested by a special Sonoma County agency to guarantee proper functioning. Most recent testing was in April, 2024.
In case of malfunctioning of the septic system, a buzzer located inside the control box near the hot tub on the house wall will alarm you. In that very rare eventuality, minimize the water volume going down the drain (from toilets, showers, dish washer and clothes washer) and call Klaus or his representative (contact details on rental contract) as soon as possible.
